Captains: Alvin H. Dean resigned in 1862, afterwards elected lieutenant, and Geo. B. Dean promoted from 1st lieutenant.

1st Lieutenants: Wm. H. Coan died at home, and Crawford S. Thompson wounded at Brandy Station.

2d Lieutenant: John G. Wham.

1st Sergeants: Abraham Greenleaf, Benj. Wallace wounded at Brandy Station, and James Pearson.

Sergeants: Edward J. Zimmerman, Andrew J. Caldwell, Henry J. Flemming, Edward L. Miller and James Wham.

Corporals: Thadeus T. Westmoreland, John F. Kelso, Lewis L. Wingo and Jesse Brown killed at Brandy Station.

Besides the roll as given above, there were enrolled in this company eighteen members from Greenville county, twelve members from Laurens county and one member from N. C. The casualties of the company are recorded only in a few instances, such as come within recollection of the writer, who was a member of the same from April, 1862, to the end of the war, having served the first year of the war as a member of Company F, 5th Regiment, S. C. V.
