This is a terrific site! Thanks for all of the effort. I leave later this morning for an RV ElderCamping stay at Croft State Natural Area, and will be writing about the Park. This information has been of great help while preparing for the trip.

Sincerely,
Bob

Do you have any pictures of unit crest, this has blue background with a hand holding a sword and the words "TAKE IT AND FOLLOW ME". cOLUD YOU HELP, I BELIEVE MY FATHER WAS THERE BUT NOT SURE. He really didn't take about his service much, even after I came back from Viet Nam my self,"Americal Division 198th Light Infantry Brigade 11B Mos. I guess it wasn't a priority with him. I hope you can help with my hunt for answers. THANKS roy

my biological father, Harley Moyers, enlisted on the 5th May 1943. I know bits and pieces about him, and have traced two half brothers still living in North Carolina. One is deceased. If you do, by any chance, have a photograph of Harley, please email it to me, so at least I know what he looked like.

Omero Talucci

Slautations!! Does anyone remember me, Omero R. Talucci? I was at Camp Croft in December 1943 training for the Infantry. I fell down 2 flights of stairs and injured my back and was discharged from the US Army in 1944. I spent ,most of my time at the Camp Croft hospital recuperating from a back injury. I remembered Lt. Borkin,as the Nurse attending to me. Please e-mail me at agerald@miamidade.gov. GOD Bless any of you that are still around from that period.
